一般原则 1. General Principles

XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED(下称「本公司」)严格遵守香港《服务条款》第6.3条及《商品说明条例》(第362章)、《不合情理合约条例》(第458章)等消费者保障法例,制定本退款政策: XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strictly adheres to Clause 6.3 of the Terms of Service, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), and other consumer protection laws in Hong Kong. This Refund Policy is formulated in compliance with the Code of Practice for Online Game Transactions (2024 Revision) issued by the Hong Kong Consumer Council.

重要声明 5. Key Declarations

本公司保留最终解释权及酌情决定权 5.1 Final Interpretation & Discretionary Authority

  • • 本公司有权根据个案特殊情况(包括但不限于用户提供充分合理解释及补救措施),酌情批准虚拟货币退款 • The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret this Policy and may approve Virtual Currency refunds under exceptional circumstances (e.g., valid justification and remedial actions by the user).
  • • 此类特殊退款须经法务部及财务部双重书面批准 • Such approvals require dual written authorization from the Legal and Finance Departments.

滥用机制后果 5.2 Consequences of Abuse

30日内申请退款超过3次将触发《服务条款》第12.1(e)条之账号交易功能冻结 • Accounts exceeding 3 refund requests within 30 days will be subject to transaction suspension under Terms of Service Clause 12.1(e).

本政策适用于XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED(下称「本公司」)与用户之间因以下争议引发的纠纷,并严格遵守香港《服务条款》《退款政策》及相关法例(包括但不限于《仲裁条例》(第609章)及《电子交易条例》(第553章)): This policy applies to disputes between XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED ("the Company") and users regarding the following issues. It strictly adheres to Hong Kong's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and relevant laws (including but not limited to the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609) and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553)):

虚拟货币及物品争议仅适用《退款政策》列明之补救措施,不得要求现金赔偿 Disputes over virtual currency or items only qualify for remedies outlined in the Refund Policy—cash compensation is not permitted.

因不可抗力(如服务器攻击、政府监管指令)导致的争议,本公司免除赔偿责任 The company is not liable for disputes caused by force majeure (e.g., server attacks, government regulatory orders).

游戏充值服务协议 Recharge Service Agreement

本协议由 XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (以下简称「本公司」)与用户就「宠物星语」游戏(以下简称「本游戏」)之充值服务订立,为《服务条款》不可分割之组成部分。未尽事宜,依《服务条款》、《退款政策》及《争议处理政策》执行。 This Recharge Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED ("the Company") and the user ("you" or "User") in respect of ingame purchases for the Game "Pet Star" ("Game"). This Agreement forms an integral part of the Company's Terms of Service. Unless otherwise provided herein, all matters shall be governed by the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Dispute Resolution Policy.

一、充值方式及条款 1. Methods of Recharge and Applicable Terms

1. 支付宝充值 1.1 Alipay Recharge

  • 1.1 用户仅可经本公司官方指定之支付宝收款页面完成充值,严禁使用第三方代充或非授权接口。 a. You shall complete all Alipay transactions exclusively through the official Alipay payment interface designated by the Company; use of any thirdparty or unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.
  • 1.2 充值金额按 1:60 比例兑换为游戏虚拟货币「符石」(见《服务条款》第 6.1 条)。 b. Recharged amounts shall be converted into inGame virtual currency ("Stones") at an exchange rate of 1:60 (see Terms of Services section 6.1).
  • 1.3 如支付宝提示扣款成功但系统未及时到账,请于交易后 24 小时内提交交易截图及订单信息至客服工单系统;逾期视同自动放弃申诉权利。 c. If Alipay confirms payment but the virtual currency is not credited within the expected timeframe, you must submit a screenshot of the Alipay transaction and order details to our customersupport ticket system within 24 hours of payment; failure to do so shall constitute a waiver of any claim.

2. 虚拟货币(加密货币)充值 1.2 Cryptocurrency Recharge

  • 2.1 仅接受扫描官方提供之 QR Code,将加密货币转账至本公司指定钱包地址。 a. Only transactions sent via scanning the official QR code to the Company's designated wallet address will be accepted.
  • 2.2 实际入账金额=转账金额 - 网络手续费,请用户自行预留足额手续费,以免导致充值失败。 b. The net credited amount shall equal the transferred amount less any network transaction fees; please ensure that you account for such fees to avoid insufficient funds.
  • 2.3 重要提醒: c. Important Notice:
  • 用户务必确认接收地址准确无误;误转至非官方指定地址所致资产损失,本公司不承担任何赔偿责任。 1. You must verify the accuracy of the recipient address before sending any funds. The Company shall bear no liability for any loss resulting from transfers to incorrect addresses.
  • 加密货币充值交易不可逆且不可退款(参见《退款政策》第 2 条)。 2. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and nonrefundable (see Refund Policy section 2).
  • 本公司有权依香港反洗钱及反恐融资法规对充值交易进行审查,并于必要时要求用户提供身份验证资料。 3. The Company reserves the right to conduct due diligence in accordance with Hong Kong's antimoneylaundering and counterterroristfinancing regulations and may require you to provide identity verification documents.

3. 信用卡充值 1.3 CreditCard Recharge

  • 3.1 用户在完成支付即视同确认交易有效,不得单方面申请退单(chargeback)。如用户发起退单,本公司得依《服务条款》第 12.1(c) 条予以账号禁用或封号处分。 a. By completing a creditcard transaction, you confirm the validity of the charge and agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute; any such action will entitle the Company to suspend or terminate your account in accordance with Terms of Service section 12.1(c).
  • 3.2 若发卡行强制退款,用户须于 72 小时内补足争议金额,否则本公司有权冻结相应游戏资产并取消订单。 b. Should your issuing bank force a refund, you are required to remit the disputed amount within 72 hours; failing which, the Company may freeze the corresponding inGame assets and cancel your order.

二、充值到账与异常处理 2. Credit—Posting and Exception Handling

1. 到账时效 2.1 Time to Credit

所有充值款项于支付确认后 30 分钟内自动到账;遇系统延迟,最长不超过 24 小时。 All payments will be credited to your Game account within 30 minutes of confirmation; in case of system delays, the maximum processing time shall not exceed 24 hours.

2. 异常申报 2.2 Exception Reporting

若超时未到账,请于 Discord 官方频道提交工单,并附上: If payment has not been credited within the foregoing period, you must submit a ticket via the official Discord channel, providing:

  • 1.支付凭证(交易编号、区块链信息、金额、接收地址等) Proof of payment (transaction ID, blockchain details, amount, recipient address, etc.)
  • 2.游戏账号及充值时间 Your Game account name and date/time of payment

客服将于 3 个工作天内回复处理结果(见《争议处理政策》第 2.2 条)。 Customer support will respond with an investigation result within three (3) business days (see Dispute Resolution Policy § 2.2).

三、虚拟货币使用声明 3. InGame Virtual Currency Disclaimer

本游戏内「符石」等虚拟货币仅限于游戏内消费,不具任何现实货币价值,亦不可转换、兑换为任何法定货币或其他有价证券。符石属于一次性发行之单一商户储值工具,本公司保留随时调整、收回或终止其使用之权利。 The inGame virtual currency ("Rune Stones") issued by the Company is solely for use within the Game and has no realworld monetary value. Rune Stones may not be converted into any legal tender or transferable securities. As a singlemerchant storedvalue instrument, the issuance, redemption, modification, or termination of Rune Stones is at the Company's sole discretion.

四、退款及补偿 4. Refunds and Compensation

如因本公司系统故障或本公司原因(如服务器异常、技术错误)导致充值金额未能正确到账,本公司将提供等额符石补发或退款处理。 If a payment fails to credit due to a system error or other fault of the Company (e.g., server malfunction), the Company will either credit you with an equivalent amount of Stones or provide a refund at its option.

2.用户操作失误 4.2 UserCaused Errors

用户因输入错误地址、未预留足额手续费、或选择错误网络等个人原因所致的充值失败或资产损失,本公司不承担赔偿责任。 The Company shall bear no liability for losses arising from your own operational errors, including but not limited to providing incorrect wallet addresses, failing to reserve sufficient transaction fees, or selecting the wrong blockchain network.

3.退款政策适用 4.3 Application of Refund Policy

其他退款事宜依《退款政策》执行,除法定强制退费外,用户同意放弃归责本公司以外之退款要求。 All other refund matters shall be governed by the Refund Policy. Except as expressly required by applicable law, you hereby waive any right to seek refunds beyond those provided by the Company.

五、法律责任与免责条款 5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • 1.错误操作风险:用户须充分理解并自负风险;本公司不对因用户自身操作不当所造成之任何损失负责。 1. Operational Risk: You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your own actions. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your misuse or mistake.
  • 2.第三方风险:非官方推荐渠道(私人币商、代充平台等)所致损失,本公司不承担任何责任。 2. ThirdParty Risk: The Company disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of any unofficial payment channels (e.g., private crypto brokers, unauthorized topup platforms).
  • 3.汇率波动风险:虚拟货币到账时按市场即期汇率折算,如与充值时显示金额有差异,用户自行承担汇差风险。 3. ExchangeRate Risk: Cryptocurrency transactions will be converted at the prevailing spot rate at the time of credit; any differences between the displayed amount at purchase and the actual credited amount shall be borne by you.

六、争议解决 6. Dispute Resolution

1.优先协商 6.1 Informal Negotiation

用户应先透过 Discord 官方工单系统提出争议,由客服协商解决。 All recharge disputes shall first be raised via the Discord ticket system for informal resolution.

2.申诉机制 6.2 Internal Appeal

若对协商结果不满,可依《争议处理政策》第 3 条向「客户权益审查委员会」申诉。 If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Customer Rights Review Committee in accordance with Dispute Resolution Policy section 3.

3.最终仲裁 6.3 Final Arbitration

重大争议双方同意提交香港国际仲裁中心(HKIAC)依其当时有效之仲裁规则仲裁,仲裁裁决为终局并对双方具约束力(见《服务条款》第 14.1 条)。 Major disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its theneffective rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties (see Terms of Service section 14.1).

七、协议效力 7. Effectiveness of Agreement

本协议与《服务条款》、《退款政策》、《争议处理政策》具有同等法律效力,如有冲突,以最新版条款为准。 This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Dispute Resolution Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding recharge services. In the event of any conflict, the most recently updated version of these documents shall prevail.

用户完成充值即视为已阅读、理解并同意本协议及相关政策所有内容。 By proceeding with any recharge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all applicable terms and policies.
