XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED(下称「本公司」)严格遵守香港《服务条款》第6.3条及《商品说明条例》(第362章)、《不合情理合约条例》(第458章)等消费者保障法例,制定本退款政策: XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strictly adheres to Clause 6.3 of the Terms of Service, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), and other consumer protection laws in Hong Kong. This Refund Policy is formulated in compliance with the Code of Practice for Online Game Transactions (2024 Revision) issued by the Hong Kong Consumer Council.

本协议由 XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (以下简称「本公司」)与用户就「宠物星语」游戏(以下简称「本游戏」)之充值服务订立,为《服务条款》不可分割之组成部分。未尽事宜,依《服务条款》、《退款政策》及《争议处理政策》执行。 This Recharge Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between XPEC ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED ("the Company") and the user ("you" or "User") in respect of ingame purchases for the Game "Pet Star" ("Game"). This Agreement forms an integral part of the Company's Terms of Service. Unless otherwise provided herein, all matters shall be governed by the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Dispute Resolution Policy.
所有充值款项于支付确认后 30 分钟内自动到账;遇系统延迟,最长不超过 24 小时。 All payments will be credited to your Game account within 30 minutes of confirmation; in case of system delays, the maximum processing time shall not exceed 24 hours.

本游戏内「符石」等虚拟货币仅限于游戏内消费,不具任何现实货币价值,亦不可转换、兑换为任何法定货币或其他有价证券。符石属于一次性发行之单一商户储值工具,本公司保留随时调整、收回或终止其使用之权利。 The inGame virtual currency ("Rune Stones") issued by the Company is solely for use within the Game and has no realworld monetary value. Rune Stones may not be converted into any legal tender or transferable securities. As a singlemerchant storedvalue instrument, the issuance, redemption, modification, or termination of Rune Stones is at the Company's sole discretion.
如因本公司系统故障或本公司原因(如服务器异常、技术错误)导致充值金额未能正确到账,本公司将提供等额符石补发或退款处理。 If a payment fails to credit due to a system error or other fault of the Company (e.g., server malfunction), the Company will either credit you with an equivalent amount of Stones or provide a refund at its option.
用户因输入错误地址、未预留足额手续费、或选择错误网络等个人原因所致的充值失败或资产损失,本公司不承担赔偿责任。 The Company shall bear no liability for losses arising from your own operational errors, including but not limited to providing incorrect wallet addresses, failing to reserve sufficient transaction fees, or selecting the wrong blockchain network.
其他退款事宜依《退款政策》执行,除法定强制退费外,用户同意放弃归责本公司以外之退款要求。 All other refund matters shall be governed by the Refund Policy. Except as expressly required by applicable law, you hereby waive any right to seek refunds beyond those provided by the Company.
用户应先透过 Discord 官方工单系统提出争议,由客服协商解决。 All recharge disputes shall first be raised via the Discord ticket system for informal resolution.
若对协商结果不满,可依《争议处理政策》第 3 条向「客户权益审查委员会」申诉。 If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Customer Rights Review Committee in accordance with Dispute Resolution Policy section 3.
重大争议双方同意提交香港国际仲裁中心(HKIAC)依其当时有效之仲裁规则仲裁,仲裁裁决为终局并对双方具约束力(见《服务条款》第 14.1 条)。 Major disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its theneffective rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties (see Terms of Service section 14.1).
本协议与《服务条款》、《退款政策》、《争议处理政策》具有同等法律效力,如有冲突,以最新版条款为准。 This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Dispute Resolution Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding recharge services. In the event of any conflict, the most recently updated version of these documents shall prevail.
用户完成充值即视为已阅读、理解并同意本协议及相关政策所有内容。 By proceeding with any recharge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all applicable terms and policies.
